Finding Your "People" in a Lonely World

Do you ever feel that despite all the ways to connect with people: texting, DMs, emails, chats, calls, and Zooms that you're more disconnected than ever?

Believe me friend, you are not alone.

In a hyper-connected world, most people feel LESS connected and more lonely.

Let's talk about finding your “people” because, let's face it, the right crowd is like a good bra - supportive, comfortable, and always lifts you up (sorry, I couldn't resist the analogy ;)

Here's a great place to start:

1. Identify Your Values: It all starts with knowing what matters to you. Is it faith, positive outlook, or perhaps a shared love for coffee and cheesy movies?

2. Dive into Communities: Places like our Trajectory Tribe, local church groups, or even hobby-based meetups are gold mines for snagging genuine connections. Dive in, interact, and watch friendships blossom.

3. Be the Kind of Friend You Want to Meet: Often we wait for the "perfect" friend to come to us, but honestly, we have it backwards. Be the kind of person you want to be friends with. Treat others the way you'd like to be treated.

4. Be Your Fabulous Self: Authenticity is magnetic. Be real, share your journey, and you’ll attract the like-minded, positive Christian women you vibe with.

You are not alone, friend.

We're here to encourage you and make you laugh.

Sending a hug,

Kate
