5 Easy Tactics for Guilt-Free Self-Care šŸ™ŒšŸ½

Letā€™s chat about that elusive unicorn šŸ¦„ called ā€˜self-careā€™.

Ever feel like taking a moment for yourself will put you on the "naughty" list?

(I'm imagining Buddy the Elf right now, but that's a "me problem" šŸ˜‚)

That mom guilt? Oh, I get it.

But hereā€™s the truth: your well-being isnā€™t just for you.

Itā€™s a radiant glow that touches everyone around you - especially those kiddos.

So let's talk about how you can make self-care an easily accomplished daily occurrence (AND let's make it guilt-free):

1. Start with Affirmation: As you rise, remind yourself, ā€œGodā€™s mercies are new every morning.ā€ Todayā€™s a fresh start, and God blesses you each day.

2. Guilt-Free Time Out: Carve out a 10-minute ā€œguilt-free zoneā€. Whether itā€™s reading a mystery, sipping tea, or a quick stretch ā€“ do it sans guilt.

3. Emotional Pit Stop: Mid-day, take a 5-min emotional inventory. Feel and release. Embrace the good, acknowledge the bad, and trust that God is with you each step of the way.

4. Celebrate Daily Mercies: Found a quiet moment? Enjoyed a good meal? Celebrate these as Godā€™s grace sprinkled throughout your day.

5. Dive Into Our Tribe: Join our ā€‹Trajectory Tribe FB communityā€‹ for like-minded mommas. Share, laugh, cry, and uplift each other. Weā€™re all about that faith-filled wellness and community love!

Donā€™t just take it from me. Hereā€™s a snippet from a radiant momma whoā€™s walked this journey with us:

ā€œKate is the whole package when needing coaching about health, fitness, emotional, and spiritual health.ā€

Feeling the tug to explore deeper? I invite you to book a ā€‹discovery callā€‹ with me. Letā€™s chat about where youā€™re at and where youā€™d love to be.

So, gorgeous soul, dive into this week with the assurance that your self-care isnā€™t selfish, itā€™s a vitally important part of your life.

All my best,

Kate
