Ever feel like you're living in a whirlwind of stress and overwhelm?
Trust me, I've been there, and I want to share a few insights from my journey that might just help you find a little more peace and joy in your life.
Years ago, I was at a crossroads.
I knew I wanted my life to be different, but I had no idea if coaching was the right path.
I was very skeptical and a bit clueless, but still hungry for change.
But, oh, how things have changed!
Here are the questions I had before I began my journey with coaching:
1. Will I get results?
Absolutely! With the right coach, you can achieve amazing results.
It’s all about finding someone who resonates with you.
2. Mindset AND emotions:
It’s not just about thinking "positive thoughts".
Real change happens when we learn to handle our emotions effectively.
📸 Picture this: mindset is the map, but emotions are the car.
➡️ Both need to be in good shape to get you where you want to go.
I strongly encourage you to hire a coach who has a background in Emotional Intelligence.
By the way, did I mention that I am also trained as an Emotional Intelligence Coach? 😁
3. Is it selfish?
Not at all.
Investing in yourself benefits everyone around you.
My relationships with my family and friends have deepened because I worked on myself first.
If you're looking for deeper, more open and honest relationships, coaching may be your key to developing this.
I know it can be daunting to think about investing time and money into coaching (and ultimately in yourself).
🚽 I used to think I should be cleaning the bathroom instead of working on me.
But the truth is, taking care of yourself is never a waste of time. It’s like unclogging a drain—you need to clear the blockages to let everything flow smoothly and easily.
If you're ready for big-time growth, I invite you to join my group coaching community.
