I dare you to try this quick, satisfying snack or breakfast!
(Because, let's face it, who wants to be hungry again 15 minutes after eating?)
This dish is an easy way to get some protein and anti-oxidant-rich berries into your day and your kiddos will love it too.
MIX:
1c Greek yogurt
1T Peanut Butter Powder (I used Organic PB Fit from Costco)
Stevia powder or liquid drops to taste (you could also use honey or maple syrup instead)
ADD:
Any gorgeous summertime berries (or frozen if you'd like)
1T of Lily's Stevia Sweetened Chocolate Chips (because life is better with a little chocolate!)
