Start by writing down three recent challenges you've faced.
Next to each one, note at least one thing you learned from the experience.
This simple exercise can help you see setbacks as opportunities for growth rather than failures.
Reframe your narrative with self-compassion:
Each morning, take a moment to write a positive affirmation that resonates with you. For example, "I am capable and resilient."
Repeat this affirmation throughout the day, especially when you feel self-doubt creeping in.
Celebrate small wins and shift your mindset for success:
At the end of each day, jot down three things you did well (Ahem, did you notice these are successes?), no matter how small.
This practice helps shift your focus from what's going wrong to what's going right, building a more positive mindset over time.
